Procedures to provided an account to authority/organization/individual

 

Authority/organization/individual must provide dossier to get account based on the  Form 03, Degree 07/2017/NĐ-CP directly to Immigration Department.

In the case authority/organization/individual has not been provided legal document to Immigration Department, please attach: establishment license, presenting stamp and signature document  base on  Form NA16, Directive 04/2015/TT-BCA.
